I am the great granddaughter of Charles French b:1876 in Allora Qld, who was the son of John Joseph French and Mary Maguire.
Just letting you know that some of the information you have on your website is not correct in regards to this segment of the French family tree.
The information you have about Mary Maguire's parents has come from her death certificate and is not correct. The informant was misinformed! From her Marriage Cert to John Joseph French, her father was Patrick Maguire (1816-1883) and mother Anne Cosgrave (1817- 1861). Her brother was Thomas Maguire (1844-1886).
Charles French (1876-1944) married Emma Meyer (Emily Mary Maier) (1873-1947) in 1899. They had nine children together, 3 died in infancy. My grandfather, Thomas Wilson French, was the second eldest child of their union.
My great grandfather Charles French only married once and only had one family!
The marriage of Charles French that appears on your website, was a different person, same name.

It was a long time ago, and I remember feeling a bit shy, i did not stay long in Perth as expected, so I did not get the opportunity to visit again. If you met my grandfather, you probably remember my mother Estelle as well. I have not had any success in tracking down Minnie's birth certificate, but if you send me an email from the contact link on the website I am happy to share any other information I have.

I enjoyed looking at your site and have learnt heaps about my family tree. I am the daughter of Colin George Brady. I met Frederick French and wife once in 1966 when I travelled to Perth, and then ended up in Exmouth where I lived with my husband Laurence Horner. I am trying to obtain Minnie's birth certificate. any help you may wish to give me would be appreciated.

Hi, I am a grandson of Minnie French and Herbert Lamey also known as Thomas Brady.Minnie was daughter of John Joseph French born in 1892. Would love to hear from you and compare notes. Regards Wayne Brady
